2 easy steps to sign-up for e-Receipt!

Step 1) Access our SSTs with your Maybank Singapore-issued card
Step 2) Under “More Services”, opt for “Email Receipt” in Receipt Set-up (for normal transactions) / My Fast Cash Set-up (for My Fast Cash transactions2)

After this configuration, your receipts will be sent out via email to you upon successful SST transaction3

Who can apply?

Maybank Singapore Customers who hold Maybank ATM Card, Debit Card, Credit Card that is linked to their Savings/Current Account and have their email address registered with Maybank

1This service is not applicable to transactions performed on atm5 - shared ATM network, AXS & EPINS® network, overseas cash withdrawal via MasterCard Cirrus or Visa Plus network and RegionLink transactions via our Maybank ATMs in regional countries.
2e-Receipt for My Fast Cash transaction requires a separate set-up which is under My Fast Cash Set-up. This service is only applicable on our ATMs and is not available on cash deposit machines.
