This board rate is known as Singapore Residential Financing Rate (SRFR) and is benchmarked against interbank rates and market conditions. SRFR can be revised by the Bank from time-to-time, by giving 30 days' notice. |

The loan repayment schedule for the loan package that you have chosen is available either in hard copy (on request), or soft copy in the form of an Excel spreadsheet or a Home Loan calculator (under construction) on the Bank's website. |

An ABS Guide on Home Loans is available and you are encouraged to get a copy and read it before committing to a loan. This guide will also be available on the MAS and ABS websites in 4 official languages. |
