Home Assurance protects not only your home but also
covers your entire household (including fixtures and
fittings) against accidental loss or damage while contained
in the home. It provides a comprehensive coverage of:

- Up to S$1,000,000
personal liability to third party in respect of accidental
bodily injury, death or property damage occurring due
to the negligence of the insured
- Up to S$100,000
legal liability as tenants
- S$30,000 lump
sum each on personal accident cover for death and permanent
disability on insured and eligible spouse caused by an
accident within the risk location
- Up to a limit
of 10% of sum insured of contents that are temporarily
removed from your home
- Up to S$500 on
damage to security system, locks and keys resulting from
theft or attempted theft
- Up to S$500 for
fire brigades and ambulance expenses
- Up to S$250 on
spoilage of food and drinks in refrigerator or freezer
due to malfunction
- Up to 5% of the
total sum insured on contents for removal of debris
- Up to S$300 on
loss or damage to domestic servant's personal belongings
- Up to S$500 on
breakage of mirrors other than hand-held mirror
- Up to S$500 on
loss of personal cash in locked drawers or safe as a result
of theft by forcible and violent break-in
- Up to S$300 on
accidental death or theft of pedigree pet
