Under the concept of Al-Wadi'ah
Yad Dhamanah, the Bank guarantees the return of your
deposits upon request in part or in whole and consent
is given to the Bank to deal with your deposits in a
manner that the Bank deems fit. |
Singapore dollar deposits ("insured
deposit") placed by an individual (excluding sole proprietorships
and partnerships), charity or such persons prescribed in
the Deposit Insurance Act 2005 (the "Act") with
the Bank will be insured pursuant to the terms of the Act
and up to the amounts provided for in the Act. The insured
deposit that is insured under the Act has the meaning prescribed
in the Act.
