have accepted a Maybank Home Loan offer, and the letter
of offer must be dated from
30 May 2007 onwards
- The special rates for SaveUp and/or Youngstarz Account
is applicable to accounts opened in the names of the home
loan customers and /or their spouse for SaveUp account,
or in the name(s) of their child(ren) for Youngstarz account
- Interest rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Eligibility of the home loan customer for the special
interest rates is at Maybanks sole discretion
- Maybank reserves the right to amend, delete or add to
any of these terms and conditions or terminate this offer
at any time without prior notice or liability to any person
- Maybanks decision on all matters with regards
to this offer shall be final, conclusive and binding on
