EPINS® Payment Service
The EPINS® payment service allows you to make payments using your Maybank Platinum Debit Card or Maybank ATM Card at any EPINS® participating merchants' outlets or taxis. Payment(s) will be directly debited from your Maybank Savings or Current Account.
Key info
- Available for Singapore issued Maybank Platinum Debit Card or ATM Card, MasterCard Electronic ATM Card, or Credit Card linked to a Savings or Current Account
- Subject to a daily combined EFTPOS limit of S$3,000 per customer.
- Withdraw cash (“CashOutTM” service) with your purchase/bill payment (minimum amount of S$2) at any SingPost outlet or selected merchants.

Who can use this service
You can use this service if you hold a Singapore issued Maybank Platinum Debit Card, ATM Card, MasterCard Electronic ATM Card, or Credit Card linked to a Savings or Current Account.
EPINS® is available at the following merchants (for payment of purchases only):
Giant, Shop N Save, Cold Storage (including all Market Place outlets), Guardian, selected 7-Eleven outlets, Courts, Best Denki, Premier Taxis, Comfort and CityCab Taxis, and Spinelli Coffee.
EPINS® and EPINS® CashOutTM services are available at the following merchant:

Note
- Available at all outlets in Singapore unless otherwise stated.
- To avoid any confusion on the payment mode when the credit card is presented to cashier, please inform the cashier that payment is to be made via EPINS®.
- For EPINS® CashOutTM service, there is a minimum and maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn and this amount differs from merchant to merchant. Please check with the cashier on the minimum/maximum amount and inform the cashier the amount you wish to withdraw before you hand your Maybank Platinum Debit Card or ATM Card to the cashier.
- A S$0.30 administrative charge is applicable for taxi fare payments.
