CreditAble Application Status via Phone Service

Simply call our 24-hour hotline number at 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629 2265) or (65) 6533 5229 (Overseas) and follow the automated instructions as illustrated below to enquire on your CreditAble Application Status.

Step 1: Select option 1 for English.
Step 2: Select option 7, follow by option 5 for CreditAble application status.
Step 3: Select option 1 for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
Step 4: Please enter your 7-digit Singapore NRIC number follow by the # key.
Step 5a):To confirm your NRIC number, press 1.
Step 5b):To re-enter your NRIC number, press 2.
Step 6: After confirming the NRIC number, please enter your 8 digit Singapore registered mobile number, follow by the # key.
Step 7a):To confirm your mobile number, press 1.
Step 7b): To re-enter your mobile number, press 2.
Step 8: After confirming the mobile number, you will hear the following message:
“Your CreditAble application status request has been received. We will inform you of the status via an SMS sent to your mobile phone number you have provided within 2 business days.”
Step 9: To end this call, press 9.
