What is the CreditAble Fee Waiver phone service for?
This service is to allow our CreditAble Account Holders to request for fee waiver via phone service. The request is subject to approval and the outcome will be sent via SMS within 7 business days.
What are the types of fees and charges that I can request for waiver through this phone service?
The types of fees and charges that you can request for waiver via this channel include:
- Annual Fee imposed in your latest CreditAble Account statement.
- Late charge imposed in your latest CreditAble Account statement.

How do I send my request to the Bank?
Simply call our 24-hour hotline number at 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629 2265) or (65) 6533 5229 (Overseas) and follow the automated instructions as illustrated below to request for CreditAble fee waiver.
Step 1: Select option 7, follow by option 2 for CreditAble waiver request. Step 2: Enter your 11-digit CreditAble Account number follow by the # key. Step 3a): Select option 1 to confirm the CreditAble Account number. Step 3b): Select option 2 to re-enter your Creditable Account Number. Step 4: Please enter your 8-digit Singapore registered mobile number follow by the # key. Step 5a): Select option 1 to confirm your mobile number. Step 5b): Select option 2 to re-enter your mobile number. When do I have to send the request of fee waiver?
You should send your fee waiver request at least 3 business days before your statement due date.
Can the fee waiver request be made by a third party?
No. This service is available only to CreditAble Account Holders requesting for fee waiver for their own accounts.
Do I need to pay up the fees and charges while waiting for the status of my waiver request?
You are encouraged to make prompt payment inclusive of the fees and charges to avoid further late payment or finance charge(s). Successful fee waiver(s) will be credited to your account, which can then be withdrawn, subject to your available balance.
