I write to share with you the many experiences I have had with the excellent and impeccable customer service that I have received from S. Ng. I came to know of S about 10 years ago. She was the one who introduced me to Maybank. Due to changes over the years, S is no longer my relationship manager but we still stayed in contact. S continues to take all my calls and follow up with my enquiries even if it is not in her job scope! She is very professional and stays focused on the service request. I had forgotten to bring my wallet and my EZ-link card was out of value. Due to some issues, I was also unable to withdraw from Maybank’s ATM and as it was still early morning, no one was around to help. As S Bte T was entering the branch, I sought her help and she went the extra mile to help me. I think Maybank should be very proud to have such a staff, whom I feel is an asset to the company. While waiting for my friend at Maybank’s lobby, T. Teo came to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her I was waiting for someone and randomly asked her about the credit card promotion and that I had not received any notification on it. She offered to help me enquire about it and took down my details. Days later, I received the letter of notification. On top of that, T called me back to ensure that I have received the letter.
