Obtain an invoice/payment advice from the merchant Download the FlexiPay Application Form (PDF) Complete the form and fax it together with the invoice/payment advice to 6483 4137 Receive a cheque payable to the merchant from Maybank Cards Business on the approved amount on the invoice Pay off the invoice/payment advice; the 1st instalment will be reflected in your next billing statement
