Credit Limit Review

As your income and financial status changes over time, your expenditure would change as well. That is when you would want your credit limit to match your income level, to give you greater flexibility in managing your finances. You can request for a review of your credit limit any time, on your Maybank Credit Cards and CreditAble personal credit line.

Simply download and submit the completed form and your latest income documents to us via fax or mail:

Please attach a photocopy of the following income documents:

For Fully Salaried/Salary with Commission of 20% and below
  • Latest 12 months' CPF Contribution History Statement* OR
  • Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment** AND latest computerised salary slip
For Self-Employed/Fully Commissioned/Freelance & Part-time
  • Latest 2 years’ Income Tax Notice of Assessment**
For Salary with Commission above 20%
  • Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment/IR8E/Form 8E AND
  • Latest computerised payslip OR latest 6 months' CPF Contribution History Statement*

*Please note that the maximum credit limit is calculated based on the monthly CPF salary ceiling of S$5,000. As such, if your monthly income exceeds S$5,000, please also submit your latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment or Computerised Payslip.
