1. What do I do if I lose my Youngstarz Prepaid Card?

   Registered prepaid Cards

   You may report the loss by calling our 24-hour lost card hotline on 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629 2265) or (65) (65) 6533 5229 (overseas)

   Non-registered Cards

   The Cardmember will have to bear all losses; Maybank is not liable in any way.

2. How long is the Youngstarz Prepaid Card valid for?

   It is valid till 31 December 2010 or the expiry date as indicated on the Youngstarz Card, whichever is earlier.
