1. What type of Cards are eligible for Rewards Infinite (RI) Value?

   All Maybank Credit Cards, except Maybank Family & Friends Platinum Card, Maybank Business Cards, Maybank eVibes Card and Maybank Debit Cards, are eligible for RI Value benefits. In addition, you must be enrolled into the Rewards Infinite membership to enjoy RI Value benefits.

2. How do I enroll into RI Value?

   No enrolment required as long as you are a Rewards Infinite (RI) member. Not an RI member? Simple complete the RI Enrolment Form and send it back to us.

3. When do I start enjoying the benefits after I have enrolled into RI Value?

   Enrolment requests received will require 14 business days to process. RI Value benefits will be start from the first day of the following calendar month, but no earlier than the official commencement date of RI Value, from 1 June 2009.

4. How do I earn the accelerated tr’eats points under RI Value?

   You can earn 10x tr’eats Points for charging your transactions to your Maybank Credit Card at the selected F&B or Fashion outlets, Motorpay top-up, Ezlink top-up and Petrol stations islandwide. That’s not all, you can also earn 2x tr’eats Points for all Malaysia Ringgit retail spending!

5. Is there an expiry date to RI Value? 

   You will continue to enjoy RI Value benefits if you:

   a) Hold a Maybank Credit Card, except Maybank Family & Friends Platinum Card,
       Maybank Business Cards, Maybank eVibes Card and Maybank Debit Cards;
   b) Are a Rewards Infinite (RI) member

6. I am holding multiple Maybank Credit Cards.  Do I have to enroll into RI Value for every Card?

   No, you do not have to enroll each Card into RI Value. Simply sign up for RI membership using the RI Enrolment Form.

1. What type of Cards are eligible for Rewards Infinite (RI) Value?

1. What type of Cards are eligible for Rewards Infinite (RI) Value?

   You must be a Maybank Credit Cardmember (excluding Maybank Family & Friends Platinum Card, Maybank Business Cards, Maybank eVibes Card and Maybank Debit Cards) with Rewards Infinite (RI) membership to be eligible for RI Value benefits. To enjoy one-year RI membership, simply allow Maybank to:

   a) Charge S$10 to your Credit Card account; or
   b) Deduct 3,000 tr’eats Points

   Maybank Platinum Cardmember gets to enjoy free annual RI membership with a minimum of S$18,000 retail spending charged on the Platinum Card in the preceding year.

   All other new Maybank Credit Cardmembers (except Maybank Family & Friends Platinum Card, Maybank Business Cards, Maybank eVibes Card and Maybank Debit Cards) will enjoy first year free RI provided that they:

   a) Are new Maybank Credit Cardmembers
   b) Are ex-Maybank Credit Cardmembers who have
       cancelled all their Maybank Cards more than 3 months
       ago at time of application for a one-time exception

   There is no additional cost to enjoy our RI Value benefits if you are a Rewards Infinite (RI) member.

Rewards Entitlement

1. Is there any cap on earning the tr'eats Points for the selected merchants under RI Value? When will the tr'eats Points be credited?

3. Are online transactions and/or foreign transactions eligible under RI Value?

1. Is there any cap on earning the tr'eats Points for the selected merchants under RI Value? When will the tr'eats Points be credited?

   You can earn tr'eats Points of up 50,000 tr'eats Points per calendar quarter. The quarterly periods are defined as 1 Jan to 31 Mar, 1 Apr to 30 Jun, 1 Jul to 30 Sep and 1 Oct to 31 Dec. The awarded tr'eats Points will be reflected on current month’s statement. Any untilised amount of the cap will not be rolled over to the next quarter.

   You may refer to our website at www.maybank2u.com.sg for the latest listing of merchant categories and list of merchants under RI Value. Maybank reserves the right at any time to change the merchant categories and merchants under RI Value.

3. Are online transactions and/or foreign transactions eligible under RI Value?

   You can enjoy tr'eats Points on online transactions made at local merchants that fall within the eligible merchant categories. Only purchases made in Singapore and in local currency are eligible for 10x tr’eats Points and Malaysia Ringgit currency for 2x tr’eats Points.

Termination / Cancellation

1. What happens to my tr'eats Points if I terminate my Card(s)?
2. Can I still enjoy RI Value benefits after cancellation of Rewards Infinite membership or if my Rewards Infinite membership is not renewed?

1. What happens to my tr'eats Points if I terminate my Card(s)?

   In the event that you terminate all your Card(s), any accumulated tr’eats Points shall be automatically be forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card. However, with effect from 1 June 2011, in the event that there is a negative balance of tr’eats points after a deduction is made by Maybank for whatever reason, Maybank shall have the right to chargeback the value of the tr’eats points in question to the Principal Cardmember. The value of the tr’eats points shall be determined by Maybank in its sole discretion.

2. Can I still enjoy RI Value benefits after cancellation of Rewards Infinite membership or if my Rewards Infinite membership is not renewed?

   You may not enjoy RI Value benefits once you are no longer a RI member. For example, if your RI membership had expired on 31st May and was not renewed or if the cancellation of the membership was made on this date, you would not enjoy RI Value benefits from 1st June onwards. The tr'eats Points earned will be credited up to the transactions made in May only.
