| Terms and conditions: |
- Valid till 31 August 2008
- Promotion is only applicable for online bookings only
- Payment must be made with the Maybank Credit Card to enjoy the cash rebate
- Cardmembers will not be able to enjoy other Charge & Redeem promotions using the same transactions if they have already redeemed this rebate
- SMS message sent in the incorrect format will not receive an auto-reply
- If the Cardmember terminates his/her Card Account, any accumulated cash rebates shall be automatically forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card.
- Any lost, refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent retail purchases as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST) will not be taken into account in the calculation of the cash rebates
- Maybank may vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions, or withdraw, suspend and discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice or liability to any person
