| Travel Accident
Insurance |
| Just charge your
full travel fares including the fares of your spouse and dependent
children under the age of 23, to your Maybank Credit
Card, and you along with your spouse and dependent children
under the age of 23 are insured under the Master
Policy for accidental bodily injury caused by violent external
and visible means which solely and independently of any other
cause that within twelve calendar months result in Death or
Permanent Disablement, whilst: |

| (a) |
the Insured Person is
a passenger on a Common Carrier travelling either to
or from the destination of his journey. Common Carrier
means an air, land or water vehicle operated by a common
carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire. |
| (b) |
the Insured Person is
a driver or a passenger in rented vehicles (applicable
to vehicles rented overseas) where rental of the vehicle
is charged to Maybank Credit Card. |
| (c) |
the Insured Person is
staying in an airport, seaport, a railway station or
road station for purpose of boarding a Common Carrier
for the duration of the journey paid for by the Maybank
Credit Card. |
| (d) |
the Insured Person boards
or leaves or whilst he is traveling in such Common Carrier. |

| Missed Flight Connections |
| You will be taken
care of should your confirmed onward connecting scheduled
flight be missed at the transfer point due to the late arrival
of your incoming confirmed connecting scheduled flight and
no other alternative onward transportation is made available
within 12 hours of the actual arrival time of your incoming
flight. You and your insured family members will be reimbursed
for up to an aggregate S$400 for expenses incurred and charged
to your Maybank Credit Card on hotel accommodation, meals
and refreshments. |

| Luggage Delay |
| If your checked-in
luggage is not delivered to you within 12 hours of your arrival
at your scheduled destination point, you and your insured
family members will be indemnified up to an aggregate S$400
of expenses incurred and charged to your Maybank Credit Card
for emergency purchase of essential clothing and requisites
at such scheduled destination. |

| Luggage Loss |
| If your checked-in
luggage is not delivered to you within 48 hours of your arrival
at your scheduled destination point, it will be assumed to
be permanently lost. You and your insured family members may
claim up to an aggregate S$1,000 for purchases of essential
requisites and clothing charged to your Maybank Credit Card
as a result of such loss within 96 hours of your arrival at
such scheduled destination. |

| Documents required
to make the above-mentioned claims are: |
- Sales Draft/Statement of Account showing that the purchase
of the air ticket was charged to your Maybank Credit Card
- Photocopy of the air ticket
- Confirmation letter from the airline company
- Missed Flight Connection: Sales draft to show that the card
was charged in respect to hotel accommodation, meals and
refreshments
- Luggage Delay/Loss: Sales draft where purchase of essential
clothing and requisites have been charged to the Maybank
Credit Card

| The above documentary
sales drafts and receipts are necessary and required for the
submission of any claim. We shall not be liable for any expenses
or purchases you may incur that are not supported by any documentary
proof. |
