- Promotion is valid from 1 May till 31 December 2008
- Offer is valid on low season only. Top up charge is required for travel on other season
- S$15 discount voucher will be issued for every package purchased. It must be utilised and travel within the promotion period (1 May – 31 Dec 2008). Members must present this voucher at the Genting, Singapore office to entitle for the discount when making the booking for their next trip staying at First World Hotel room only
- Reservation must be made through Genting International (S) Pte Ltd at least 3 working days in advance directly with the office and quote “Maybank Cardmembers’ Promotion”. Alternatively, visit Genting office during operating hours from Mondays to Fridays (9am to 7pm) and on Saturdays (9am to 5pm)
- Full payment must be paid upon the stipulated payment deadline failing which the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled
- The hotel check-out time is 12 noon. Request for late check-out is subject to room availability
- Passengers are to ensure that the vouchers are in order, and safeguarded at all times. Loss of vouchers discovered upon arrival would result in non-provision of services
- Amendment, refund or cancellation of confirmed bookings is disallowed. Cancellation is only allowed prior to payment made
- Unutilised packages and discount vouchers are not refundable
- Package and discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, services and products
- Confirmation of booking is subject to room and seat availability
- Maybank Cardmember must be the person to check into the hotel
