- Payment for golf packages must be made on the Horizon Platinum Visa Card .
- All golf packages are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Should a selected golf course happen to be unavailable at the time, an alternative course of similar level will be made available.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Golf packages provided are land packages only and do not include return airfares.
- The stay-and-play package prices excludes airfare, fuel tax, airport tax, airport security tax, airline insurance charges, visa fees, travel insurance, customs user fees as specified by the airline and airport authorities, laundry, excess baggage charges, beverages, room service, gratuities to drivers and tour leaders/tour guides, and tips to hotel porters and all items of a personal nature. (Unless stated in the travel package).
- Bookings must be made at least 20 days before departure. Any changes to itinerary must be made through OAAG.
- All offers are applicable when reservations or bookings are made directly with OAAG.
- Offers are subject to change and availability.
- Prices offered may vary depending on time of travel.

- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, in-house offers, discounts, coupons or special offers unless otherwise stated.
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity is in his possession from the date of departure.
- Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required to the passenger before departure depending on the issuing health authorities of the country or countries to be visited.
- OAAG will not be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursements, or refund of any tour cost if the passenger is deported or refused entry by Immigration authorities on the tour for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, customs regulations, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm or damage to persons or property.
- Offer redemption/ fulfillment are solely the responsibility of the participating partners making the offers
- The Cardmember must inform OAAG of any special requests relating to special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc prior to departure date. These are subject to confirmation and availability.
- There will be an amendment fee of US$50 for changes to travel package booking.
- No refund will be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tour or any other services which are included in the package fare but not utilized by the Cardmember, either in part or in full, or where passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.
- OAAG reserves the right to modify, cancel or remove any specific partners and/ or their offers at any time without prior notice.
- Cancellations must be made 9 business days in advance prior to departure date:
- 50% of the total chargeable amount will be charged 8 days before departure.
- 100% of total chargeable amount to be charged 7 days before departure.
