What is the Money
Transfer Card? |

The Money Transfer
Card is a signature and PIN-based debit card that
allows you to make remittances overseas. You can deposit
funds into your Card and make remittances up to the
available balance on your Card. |

How do I start using
the Money Transfer Card? |
| |
| i. |
Open a Remittance
Card Account at any of our 22 Branches,
and you will be issued with a set of 2 Money Transfer
Cards and 1 ATM PIN. |
| ii. |
Send one of the
Money Transfer Cards to your intended recipient
overseas. |
| iii. |
Top-up the Remittance
Card Account only after you have confirmed that
your recipient has received the Card. |
| iv. |
Reveal the ATM
PIN to your recipient. |
| v. |
Your recipient
can withdraw cash at any Maybank or MasterCard/Cirrus
ATMs overseas or make purchases at any MasterCard
Electronic establishments. |

Do I earn interest
on the balance of my Money Transfer Card? |

No, you do not earn interest
on the available balance. |

Can I use my Money
Transfer Card to make purchases via the Internet, telephone
or mail order? |

No, the use of the Card
is strictly through electronic terminals only. |

How do I withdraw cash

Step 1 - Insert your Money Transfer Card
Step 2 - Key in your PIN
Step 3 - Select "Credit / Debit Card"
option
Step 4 - Select Cash Withdrawal
Step 5 - Key in the withdrawal amount
Step 6 - Retrieve your Card
Step 7 - Take your money and receipt |

Step 1 - Insert your Money Transfer Card

Step 3 - Select "Savings" option

How can I keep a record
of my transactions? |

You can view your Money
Transfer Card statements via our Maybank2u.com.sg
(Online Banking).
If you wish to receive printed statements instead, a
service fee of S$2 will be levied each month. To obtain
past copies of your statements, a S$5 service fee will
be levied per month per statement. |

What happens if my
Money Transfer Card gets lost or stolen? |

Please call 1800-MAYBANK
(1800-629 2265) to report the loss or theft of your
Card immediately. |

Will my Money Transfer
Card expire? |
| |
Yes, the Money Transfer
Card will be valid for up to 8 years. Upon
expiry, the balance on the Money Transfer Card must
be collected at of our
22 Branches
within 30 days, otherwise a S$2 service fee will be
levied per month. |

How do I get a refund
for the balance on my Money Transfer Card account? |
| |
You may request for a
refund of the montary value remaining in the card by
submitting the completed refund form to Maybank. |

| i. |
Refund form can
be downloaded here
or obtained from any Maybank Branch. |
| ii. |
Registered cardmembers
may mail the completed refund form together with
a photocopy of the identity card or submit them
at any Maybank Branch. However, Non-registered
cardmembers are required to submit the form and
present their identity card personally at any
Maybank Branch. |

What are the modes
of refund available? |
| |
The monetary value remaining
in the card can be refunded through the following ways: |
| |
- Transfer to a Maybank Savings/Current/Card Account
- Cashier's Order
|
| |
A handling fee of S$5
will be levied for each refund. |
