Transactions with cash rebate will not be awarded tr’eats Points. If the Cardmember terminates his/her Card Account, any accumulated cash rebates shall be automatically forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card. Any refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent retail purchases as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST) will not be taken into account in the calculation of the cash rebates. |

The Bonus Cash payout on the stipulated Maybank accounts will be awarded provided that the minimum spent of S$12,000 on the Credit Card is met. The Bonus Cash payout is subject to a maximum of S$36 per account and credited on the anniversary date of the Card Account. Card transactions eligible for Bonus Cash payout will be eligible for tr’eats Reward Points as well. If the Principal Card Account is terminated, any accumulated Bonus Cash payout shall be automatically forfeited and shall not be transferable to any other Card. |

SMS sent in the incorrect format will not receive an auto-reply and will not be eligible for the redemption. Activation gifts will not be reserved for Cardmembers who SMS in before charging the minimum required amount to their Maybank Family & Friends Platinum MasterCard. The minimum card spend required must be charged to the Maybank Family & Friends Platinum MasterCard from 2 September to 30 June 2008. Both Principal and Supplementary Card spend may be combined for redemption. Gift items are available while stocks last and on a first-come-first-served basis. Maybank reserves the right to charge the full retail value of the gift(s) redeemed should there be no card transaction or should the card transaction be cancelled for any reason or should there be a repeated redemption using the same card transactions in this promotion or other Maybank promotions. |

The free eXplorerkid membership is limited to Principal Cardmembers only and is valid for one child and one guardian/parent. Principal Cardmembers may register to redeem the free eXplorerkid membership by presenting their Family & Friends Card at the eXplorerkid membership counter. Subsequent eXplorerkid membership can be applied at eXplorerkid membership counter at S$8.50 per child. Maybank reserves the right to charge the full retail value of the eXplorerkid membership should there be repeated redemptions with the same Principal Card or should the registration be done by Supplementary Cardmembers. |
