for our Dial-A-Transfer service.
Transfer funds from your Credit Card Account to any one of your bank account maintained in Singapore. This gives you the flexibility on how you want to access your transferred cash, be it through the ATM networks, issuing cheques, or over-the-counter transations.
Dial-A-Transfer service comes with no additional service
fee** and is available to all Maybank Credit Cardmembers***.
Transfer funds up to your available credit limit, subject
to a maximum of S$5,000 and S$10,000 for Classic and Gold
Cardmembers respectively.
All it takes is a one-time registration by fax or mail and
subsequent Dial-A-Transfer requests can be made via phone call
to 1800-MAYBANK (1800- 629 2265). Simply download the

Transfer of funds via
Dial-A-Transfer service is effected, and funds are transferred
to the designated bank account, immediately only if
the request is received between 9 am and 4 pm on a business
day. For all requests received before 9 am on a business
day, the transfer will only be effected after 9am on
the same business day. For all requests received after
4pm on a business day, and all requests received at
anytime on a non-business day, the transfer will only
be effected after 9 am on the following business day.
Please note that: (a) the time taken for the receiving
bank to credit the funds into the designated account
will vary from bank to bank; (b) for the avoidance of
doubt, Saturday is not a business day; (c) the designated
account must be maintained in Singapore. |

Prevailing cash advance
fee and finance charges apply. The prevailing cash advancement
fee is 5% of the amount transferred or S$15, whichever
is the higher. The prevailing finance charge on cash
advancement is calculated on a daily basis at 2% per
month from the date of transaction to the date of full
repayment. |
