We would like to bring to your attention that there is a phishing campaign targeting Singapore residents by posing as bank staff in order to phish for personal and/or bank account information.

Tips to protect yourself from being a victim of such scams.

  1. Be alert and never give out any sensitive personal information (including login passwords or one-time passwords) over the phone or via email. Our staff will never ask you for such information.
  2. Do not remit money based on the advice of unsolicited callers.
  3. If you receive such calls or have disclosed your personal or bank account information to unsolicited callers, please call our customer service hotline at 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629 2265) (local) or (65) 6533 5229 (overseas) immediately.
