  3. I am an existing Maybank Online Banking customer, how do I sign up for Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service?

    For existing Maybank Online Banking customer, all you need to do is to complete the Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service application form and email/fax the form to pweservice@maybank.com.sg or fax number: 6438 0831.

    Upon successful enrolment, you can access to our website www.maybank2u.com.sg and log into Maybank Online Banking by using your existing Maybank Online Banking Username and password to access to Private Wealth Online e-Statement service.

  4. I am not an existing Maybank Online Banking customer, how do I sign up for Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service?

    For new Maybank Online Banking customer, you may complete the Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service Application form and email the completed  form to pweservice@maybank.com.sg or fax to us at fax number: +65 6438 0831.

    The Access ID and PIN will be mailed in 2 separate mailers within 5 business days. Once you get your Access ID and PIN, please follow the on screen instructions on the online sign up page.

  7. Upon the enrolment to Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service, will I still be able to receive my month end statements?

    If your Private Wealth account is in single name, upon the enrolment to Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service, you will not be receiving your account month end statements by mail.

    If your Private Wealth account is held in joint names, you will still continue to receive the account month end statements by mail until ALL the account holders have successfully enrolled to Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service.

  8. What will I see when I login to Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service?

    You will be able to view your daily as well as your monthly Private Wealth statements.
    An example of the screen is shown below:

    Do be informed that you will only be able to view the daily and monthly Private Wealth statements on the next day upon the successful enrolment into Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service.

    You may also refer to the sample scenarios below on what you will see on the next day upon the successful enrolment into Maybank Private Wealth Internet Banking Service:

    Scenario 1:

    Date of Successful Enrolment8 June 2018
    Online e-Statement View upon log in on 8 June 2018No statements will be available for viewing.
    Online e-Statements View upon log in on 9 June 2018Daily e-Statement reflecting transactions from 1 June till 8 June 2018. May 2018 month end e-Statements (available on every 5th business day of the following month) as well as your up to your past 12 months month end statements, if applicable.

    Scenario 2:

    Date of Successful Enrolment 1 June 2018
    Online e-Statement View upon log in on 1 June 2018No statements will be available for viewing.
    Online e-Statements View upon log in on 2nd  June 2018Daily e-Statement reflecting transactions on 1 June 2018. May 2018 month end e-Statements will not be available as it will only be available on every 5th business day of the following month i.e. 7 June 2018).
    However, you will be able to view the past 12 months month end statement from April 2018, if applicable.

  9. What types of transactions can be viewed under Maybank Internet Banking Service?

    You will be able to view/retrieve your daily as well as month end e-Statements.

    The Daily e-Statement view will capture all your account balances and investment holdings as well as the month to date transaction movement and details as of the previous day closing.

    The Monthly e-Statement view will allow you to retrieve your month end statements (up to the past 12 months) upon successful  enrolment to Maybank Internet Banking Service.

  10. How will my Maybank e-Statements be displayed if I maintain multiple accounts with Maybank Private Wealth?

    All your accounts statements will be displayed in a merged document where the account statements will be sequenced in the ascending order based on the account number.

  11. Will there be any notification from the Bank when the Month End e-Statements are available for viewing?

    Once the month end e-Statements are available for viewing, a notification e-mail will be sent to your registered email address.
