Online banking customers now have better security with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) when you login to Maybank2u.com.sg.

You have a choice of 2 modes of 2FA to obtain the One-Time Password (OTP) each time you login to Maybank2u.com.sg:

• SMS – the OTP will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number
• New Security Token – a digital hardware device that generates the OTP on demand and supports Transaction Signing

Which 2-Factor Authentication solution is suitable for me?

Note: From October 2012, oval-shaped security tokens will no longer be issued. Holders of the oval-shaped security tokens can still login and perform transactions that do not require Transaction Signing.
