    This is an alternative channel of communication for sending us your queries. Upon receipt of your SMS, we will contact you within 2 business days.

  2. What is the format of the SMS and which number do I send it to?

    The SMS should be sent to 79898 in the following format:

    CS2U<space><Contact Number><space><Salutation><space><Last Name><space><NRIC No.><space><Message*>

    E.g. CS2U  98765432  Mr Tan  S1234567A  What are your latest credit card promotions?

    * Please note that the message should not exceed 100 characters.

  3. How will I know if my request has been received by the bank?

    Upon receipt of your SMS, an auto-reply will be sent to your mobile number for confirmation.  

    Our Customer Relationship Executives will then contact you within 2 business days upon receipt of the SMS.

  4. Are there any charges for using this SMS service?

    No, this service is free.   

    However, you may wish to check with your mobile service provider for the charges applicable under your prevailing mobile plan and if there are any charges to be incurred for receiving the auto-reply SMS when you are overseas.
