1. What is Integrated Maybank2u.com?
  Integrated Maybank2u.com is a free Online Banking service offered to customers who have access to both Maybank2u.com ( Malaysia) and Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore). It provides the convenience of a common login capability, which means that customers who have successfully registered for the service would be able to login and view their Maybank accounts in both Malaysia and Singapore using a single username and password.
   
2. What do I need in order to register for Integrated Maybank2u.com?
  You would need to have the following ready before you begin your online registration for Integrated Maybank2u.com:
 
3. What is Registration Code?
  The registration code consists of 8 alphanumeric characters (case sensitive) and is used to authenticate the one-time registration for Integrated Maybank2u.com. (Please refer to Application Procedure below).
   
4. How can I obtain the Registration Code?
  When you begin to register online for Integrated Maybank2u.com, your Registration Code will be automatically generated on your screen after you have entered your username for Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) 2FA-OTP (One-Time Password). You may wish to refer to the FAQ on "How do I apply for Integrated Maybank2u.com" for more specific instructions.
   
5. Is there a time frame within which the Registration Code must be used?
  The registration code has to be used within 30 minutes once it has been generated. If you proceed to login to Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) to perform the activation for Integrated Maybank2u.com after 30 minutes, the registration code will no longer be valid.
   
6. What is a Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC)?
  TAC is a 6 digit security feature that has been implemented to provide a second layer of protection for online banking transactions, in addition to your Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) login username and password. To find out more, please click here.
   
7. How can I obtain a Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC)?
  You can request for a TAC through 3 channels and the code will be provided as follows:
 
  • Via Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) - Your TAC will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone. (Pre-registration of your mobile number must be done at the Kawanku ATM or through Kawanku Phone Banking)
  • Via Kawanku ATM - Your TAC will be made available immediately on screen and a printout on the ATM slip will also be given.
  • Via Kawanku Phone Banking - Your TAC will be made available via the integrated voice response (IVR) or fax, depending on your mode of request. (You must be registered as a Kawanku Phone Banking user if you wish to request for TAC by phone. To request, you can call Maybank Group Customer Care on 1300-88 6688 if you are in Malaysia or 603-7844 3696 if you are located outside Malaysia. You can also call 6536 0660 if you are in Singapore.)

Application Procedure
1. How do I apply for Integrated Maybank2u.com?
  You can login to either Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) or Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore) to apply for Integrated Maybank2u.com. Please refer to the following guide for the registration of the service.

When you login to Maybank2u.com Singapore:
 
  • Click on "Login to Maybank2u.com (Malaysia)" in the left-hand tab.
  • To begin the registration, click "here" for the one-time activation.
  • Key in the following then click "submit":
    • Username for Maybank2u.com (Malaysia)
    • 2FA - One-Time Password (OTP)
  • Please take note of the Registration Code generated for you.
  • Click on "Click here to proceed to Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) for activation".
  • You will be redirected to the login page of Maybank2u.com (Malaysia). Please key in your Username and Password to login as requested.
  • Click on "Maybank2u@SG" in the left-hand tab to login to Maybank2u.com Singapore.
  • Click on "Please click here" to activate your Registration Code.
  • Key in the following then click "submit":
    • Username for Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore)
    • Registration Code
    • Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC)

The service for Integrated Maybank2u.com is activated once the above is completed.

   
2. Upon registration, how do I subsequently access Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) via Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore)?
  Upon registration, you will see "Maybank2u@MY" in the left-hand tab when you login to Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore). Simply click on the link then select "Proceed to Maybank2u.com (Malaysia)" as shown on the main screen.

  No, there is no charge for using our Integrated Maybank2u.com service.
   
2. Can I de-register the Integrated Maybank2u.com service in future?
  Yes, you can de-register the service should you decide to terminate your usage.
   
3. How do I de-register the Integrated Maybank2u.com service?
  Once you login to Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore), click on "Maybank2u@MY" in the left-hand tab. You should see the option "De-Register Common Login Service" on the main screen. Click on this option to de-register.

  If you decide to close your account for Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) or Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore), your Integrated Maybank2u.com service will be automatically deactivated.

  No, the service for opening a Maybank Malaysia Savings Account via Maybank2u.com.sg (Singapore) is currently not available.
   
6. Can I apply for a Maybank Singapore Savings Account via Maybank2u.com Malaysia?
  No, the service for opening a Maybank Singapore Savings Account via Maybank2u.com (Malaysia) is currently not available.
   
7. Will security be compromised if I use Integrated Maybank2u.com?
  No, security will not be compromised. We wish to assure you that all your banking information transmitted online is encrypted using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol from Verisign Certificate Authority to ensure data confidentiality and integrity. SSL is a secure way of transferring information between two computers via the Internet using encryption and strong end to end encryption has also been adopted within the bank's computer networks and resources.

  If you encounter problems with getting your TAC via SMS on your Singapore-registered mobile phone, you can call Maybank Group Customer Care of our Kuala Lumpur Head Office on Tel. 6536 0660 for assistance. This phone number is applicable only if you are in Singapore.
