ePocket is created for you to sample all the products/ services provided by Maybank currently and more in the future. At the comfort of your home, you can log into Maybank2u.com.sg and use the funds in your ePocket to : |

- Pay your bills to a Malaysian payee organisation
- Open a S$ or Foreign Currency Time Deposit
- Make your share payment
- Apply for Maybank iCheque
- Remit funds to other countries

What do I do with my ePocket if I decide to open a Maybank Savings or Current Account subsequently? |
| |
Your new Savings or Current account with Maybank will automatically be made available for the Inward Funds Transfer facility, with the accounts that you have designated for your ePocket.
Your ePocket will be automatically closed if it is left ‘dormant’ for more than 365 days. |

Can I re-activate my ePocket and use the facility after it has been closed? |
| |
You will not be able to re-activate your ePocket after it has been closed.
However, you may submit a new application for the ePocket and Interbank GIRO (Inward Funds Transfer) service as per normal. |

How does the Bank ensure that customers’ information is safe and secure? |
| |
To ensure data confidentiality and integrity, all information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol from Verisign Certificate Authority. SSL is a secure way of transferring information between two computers on the Internet using encryption. Strong end-to-end encryption is also adopted within the Bank’s computer networks and resources. |
