Maybank is awarded the QFB licence

Maybank is delighted that we have been awarded the QFB status. Our customers and the environment we are operating in will continue to be our number one priority. We have always emphasised on our network, technology and customer segment. The QFB status will allow us to expedite our strategy and plans to better serve the needs of our customers. We will continue to improve the effectiveness of our network and enhance our reach to maximise the impact to the customer base that we are targeting. Hence, our immediate priority will be to maximise our footprint and penetration to deliver our products and services in Singapore.
In the area of technology, we will continue to enhance its usage to increase our effectiveness and to provide more convenience and value-added service to our targeted customers.
Meanwhile, the QFB privileges offer us the opportunity to explore strategic alliances with the other QFB banks for mutual benefits and for the benefit of our customers.
For our customers, they will see Maybank closer to them and offering greater convenience.
