You will manage and supervise a team of team lead & developers and liaise with vendors and internal user on system enhancement, track and ensure timely delivery of solutions. You will also provide timely and accurate reports on IT project progress status and assist in resource planning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• 5 - 7 years' proven track records leading or managing Credit Card projects
• Proven IT Project management experience
• Experience in managing medium to large scale VISA and MasterCard AS400-based project beginning to end, with skills in requirement study and functional/detail design, QA, testing, and software change/version control management
• Hands-on experience in COBOL/400, CLP/400, COBOL/ILE, OS400-platform preferred
• Strong vendor management and technical skills
• Able to work under pressure in a multiple-project environment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good in production troubleshooting and resolution skills
• Knowledge of Open OS platforms (eg. SQL DB, Win 2003 Unix/AIX) is an advantage
