Team Head / Senior Business Development Manager – Commercial Banking
You will lead and motivate a team of Business Development managers to achieve the Bank’s business targets in the SME segment.You will be responsible for promoting the Bank’s suite of financial products and services to corporate and commercial customers, with focus on SMEs. You will initiate new account relationship acquisitions/ business opportunities with our lending proposition and proactively implement strategies to grow existing relationships. You will also be responsible for client relationship management, revenue growth, business advice and service. You are required to provide the necessary guidance, training and coaching to the Business Development Managers.
- Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or its equivalent
- Min of 5 years of proven business development and account management experience
- Highly driven and independent with strong initiatives
- Motivated and target-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
