Customer Relationship Executives (Call Agents)

You will be responsible for providing "one-stop" banking solutions to our customers. You will handle customers' enquiries over the phone with a high level of customer service and also help promote our consumer financial products and services.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Banking & Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking/customer service/call centre environment
  • Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal/ communications skills
  • Passion for customer service and able to work on a rotating shift basis
