- Be responsible for achievement of the sales and business targets
- Work closely with the Retail and Premier Wealth Managers, Sales Managers and our Distribution teams to drive Insurance Sales.
- Develop professional relationships with partners and establish their trust and confidence by providing prompt and effective sales support & coaching. You will guide them to identify key opportunities and map to client’s needs.
- Design and provide the correct solutions to meet the clients’ needs, in close collaboration with the Retail and Premier segments. Scope include Wealth Protection & Accumulation, Education & Generic savings and Retirement Planning.
- At least a Degree in a Business or Finance discipline with 1-2 years’ experience in Insurance Advisory
- Confident and highly energetic
- Self-motivated and drive
- Good communication and presentation skill
